Foreword

The Integrated Tahfiz Program me (ITP) is one of the projects that creates professional huffaz. This program aims to help the participants mem orize 30 juz of the Quran within three months and train them with excellent com munication and soft skills.

The Integrated Tahfiz Program me is unique because we emphasize the ability of the students to become pious professional huffaz. We want to prove to the community that huffaz can become part of professional groups with careers such as doctors, engineers, accountants and others, contributing to the development of religion and country. This mission is indeed related to the verses of Allah that ask us to become caliphs who contribute to the community and the world.

I urge all parents to let us give our help and full support to these children to ensure they can preserve the memorization they have achieved. Furthermore, they practice mem orization for good use and revise their memorization even though they are no longer in the programme.

“And We have certainly made the Qur’an easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?” (Surah Qam ar: 17)

Alhamdulillah, praise be to Allah the Almighty for His self and gifts. The gift of reading His verses makes us feel as if we are talking to Him, the feeling that the Quran can give guidance in each step of our lives. Congratulations to all parents and guardians who have successfully equipped their children with supplies in the world and the hereafter. It would be your largest share. Rasulullah PBUH said: “W hoever learns al-Quran and practices it, his parents will be clothed with the crown in the hereafter, where its light is shinier than the sunshine. His parents would ask: “Why are we given this?”. Then, it is answered. “Because of your son who studied al-Quran”. (Narrated by Abu Dawud, Ahmad and Hakim).

In sha Allah, our biggest m ission here, especially in ITP is to have the participants maintain and practice the tarbiyah taught throughout their stay in the Tahfiz Program. Having manners of the Gur’an, touching people’s hearts through dawah with the guidance of the Qur’an and conveying the verses and messages of the Quran to the community. Wallahua’lam.
